Mike Fielder

Mike started with Clayton’s in 2005 when Geoff decided it was time to retire and worked along side forth generation Trevor Clayton. In June 2014 Mike took ownership of the business with Trevor also retireing. His forte is presentation of product and introduction of new exciting recipes.


Ross started work with Claytons in late 2014 originally from Ireland and having worked in several European countries has an extensive knowledge of traditional english/irish cuts and recipes.
